For the openings, i used how-to method. Little dremel help from for inside.
Now I have to fix the body, as you can see, there is couple holes.
For color, Im thinking some sort of lime green with white interior.
Also an amplifier for the subs have to be made.
Anyone has good method for it?
And should I ad NOS bottle between subs?

i think it looks very cool, but if you were asking for suggestion, IMO lime green on a car like that would look tacky, but then again, its not my model, and im prob. wrong anyways, but the motor and all the custom work is great

please no NOS, especially for a oldie like this....i agrre with rx7king and the tacky-ness, even with the subs, its alil over the top, if it were a flat out race or drift car, it would b one helluva build, but its your model so go for it

vwman: I looked at the instructions of the bmw. It has two crappy seats. Maybe something like that. I might have to build a third belt to the centre.
Im still making the body smooth, but I dont paint it until the rest of the car is ready. Im know making interior and soon I have to make hinges for the doors and the hatch. Also detailing of chassis and engine are on the way.
Watch this space for updates.

Had some progess today.
Had to make front suspension from scratch, cause I lost the original part. But this way was easier though. What do you think about the stance?

Engine got its wires. Brake reservoir from Viper kit, and added brake lines. Battery from parts bin. Got wires too. It's going to be tight here when building all that turbo plumming. Intake pipes have to cross each other, and take air from those horizontal holes at the front of the car
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/85123240z8_11_004.jpg
Started designing the hood. Maybe cowl hood or something like that.
Paint needs some clear on it. That's why its looks like shit.

So am I looking at a intercooler, then radiator, and finally an oil cooler from front to back?
Can't wait to see the IC/intake plumbing! The IC has just 2 openings on the top? I'm confused how it's all going to work.
It looks like the hood would fit without a major cowl hood, keep it low!

Got seat belts done. I have to make something to fill those holes around door.
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/85123240z_10_11_002.jpg
Exhaust done also. It will be little closer to the body.

But that hood keeps bugging me. I cant make it sit. Somethink under it keeps it way too high. Maybe I have to raise that center part. And those tiny holes are dremeling marks from underside.
http://files.automotiveforums.com/gallery/watermark.php?file=/502/85123240z_10_11_003.jpg
As you can see body overall is done. Still to do, is hinge for the hatch. Any ideas?
Then I could try my first polishing. :)

Looking good Jurva! That colour is looking really nice! Why don't you just get on a boat and head for Stockholm in April! Please do and join IPMS-Open, we can use every bit of civilian vehicle that can be brought there. On CCM-Open there's usually a lot of finnish builders that attends that show but not on 'Open!? Why is that? Your fellow country man Juha Airio (and a bunch of almost the same calibre) usually shows some of his extraordinary work att CCM and one can only bow to the master and admire his knowledge in auto modeling.
