Secondary Air injection system

I have a 2000 Taurus with the check engine light on. The error code is 1413 Secondary Air Injection System Monitor Circuit Low Voltage. I'm a pretty good parts changer but not much of a mechanic. What do I replace or clean to corect this fault?

Rob, If you haven't already done so you might take a look on www.batauto.com for info about fault codes. Also there are a thousand or so technicians who visit the site and likely will give you specific info about the problem.

check the maxi fuse in the engine compartment fuse box.
if it is blown you could have water in the saim
