Swaping 4.3 engines....HELP!

Helping a friend out with an engine swap. His 1994 S-10 with the original 4.3 Vortex blew a head gasket @ 224,000 miles. We have access to a low mile, rebuilt 4.3, but it has the TBI set up. Can you make this older block work with the Vortex FI after swaping the intake manifold? Thanks for the help!
