Why do we orbit?

Could someone please explain to me why the planets orbit the sun? Or why the moon orbits Earth. Why does the earth spin? Is the spinning motion part of the cause of the oribital path of the moon around earth? Any answers could and will help my brain spurt.

its all because of gravity. thats the short version, not getting into the long one

i knew that much, i did pass most of 6th grade hahaha. I want the long version. I want to know exactly why.

does your hishschool offer astronomy?
