help.. 93 accord own't start when its hot outside.

my dads 93 accord lx won't start when its hot outside. the engine just doesnt get fuel.. any ideas? my dad thinks its in the ignition or a realay that gets hot and doesnt make contact.

almost postive it's your main relay.
