question about exhaust!!

What can I do to get my deep toned muffler sound back.. I had my resonator taken off because of rust, it is the peice built into the exhaust about 2 ft back from catalytic, is there an aftermarket part out there to fix this or do I have to get a used resonator to fix this...My car sounds like a rattling peice of tin when I high rev...

it sounds like you will have to replace the resonator, and it should be fixed.
