Hey,
Just installed a turbo back exhaust system, extra long downpipe that eliminates the cat and then a catback apexi n1, on my 95 eclipse GST. After i drove for about thirty miles and my check engine light came. Imediately I thought that one of my sensor was tripping the light. My questions are...first, is this a correct assumption? second, how do i get the light to turn off so i dont have to ride around with it on. Is there any way to remove the sensor...does that work? Has this happened to anyone out there. Dont know what to do, please help. Thanks.

Probally a CEL for the cat. You can do a resistor mod for it. Otherwise it won't go away.

It may happen in any model or make car. First remove your gas cap and reinstalled it to drop the vacuum pressure and to check engine light will come on all the time. If you are handy, go out and disconnect the POS. Post of THR battery. Leave it off for 15 to 20 minutes. This will erase all failure codes and reconnect the terminal. No light, no more problem
