Random things caught on film

This is one of those moments where you just happen to catch something incredible on film, you kinda had to be there to get the full effect but it freaked us out bigtime. Reminds you that shit can still happen even when you think you are perfectly safe.
Well last weekend during a monsoon storm the fam and I was outside. My son and Sheri was playing with the RC cars and I was setting on the patio taking some pics. The wind was blowing a little bit but not enough that I felt it was unsafe to be outside anyway. As usual I was wrong thankfully no one got hurt, we had a good laugh about it later. Needless to say after this happend we decided to come inside and watch some TV.
Here is a pic I took just before the limb fell out of the tree and then one after, there was probably a span of a minute or two between the pics where my son was directly in its path and then standing beside the fallen limb.

Thanks, I will have another Arizona roadtrip set ready after next weekend. Instead of going to my 10 year class reunion I have decided to book a resort room in the redrock country of Sedona. Should be a good time with lots of great scenery and plenty of spa's to check out, not to mention all of the ass that will be hanging out at sliderock in bathing suits or less. :evillol:

Yikes! Thats a close call.
But think of the scar and the cool story to go with it that he's missed out on.
Make sure you print out some copys of the pics to show him when he's older too.
