Scratches on the face of head unit?

I've got light scratches all over the face of my headunit (Kenwood KDC-X815), and I was wondering if there was a way to remove them, or hide them in some way?

Heh! Maan... I've got an old Pioneer tape deck and BOY is it worn! The rubber-like parts have no prayer... and the scratches :rolleyes: ...
Anyway, I've actually used a polishing compound (very mild abrasive) on the plastic face and buffed it a bit. It helped somewhat... Like I said, my tape deck is quite outdated and desperately needs to be upgraded. Perhaps, this may help?
