This is the Tamiya Porsche Speedster kit in 1/24. It's my first model! I've borrowed an airbrush to work on it, and this is what I've got so far on the cockpit.

Very nicely done. What colour is that?

It's flat black. The digital camera seemed to want to change that. I think flat black is hard to photograph. The body is going to be bright yellow.

Looks good so far.
Check the white balance setting on your camera.
Did you use a photo editing program?

Did you know rubbing some hand lotion on it will give it a little smoother/ shinyer look with out making in glossy? (great work) excuse my spelling...

Good work, you must have been building before!? Or...you are a natural born modeler. Yellow is a very nice choice for the body, just take care putting it on in many thin mist coats at the begining. Yellow is one of those hard to get right colors because it doesn't cover very well.

After an extremely long hiatus (don't you hate it when life gets in the way of having fun?) I'm back to working on my Speedster. So here are the pictures of how it's coming:

The undercarriage:

The undercarriage with the engine and transmission painted:

A better view of the engine and transmission:

The body (some of the detail painting is done, but not all):

Now the undercarriage with suspension added:

And an upclose shot of that:

So, as long as life doesn't jump in the way again, I'm hoping to finish it soon. Let me know what y'all think.
