Hopefuly it does come out. I dont know why Mitsubishi wont bring it here. They bought the regular Evo, and they bought the RS here, why not bring the MR? Hopefully they do bring.

Doen't matter, it's going to have the same HP as the regular US Evo's.

I just found out that the MR is considered the most powerful Evo to date. well the ones in the UK and Japan are that I know of. not sure about the US models that they are going to be releasing. But the MR pushes 314 bhp and 317 torque STOCK.

The MR IS gonna be the best Evo to date. Its lighter, improvements to the ACD + super AYC + sports ABS electronic all-wheel drive control system. On top of that, the part of the turbo where the boost comezs from is gonna be bigger and the wastegate will controoll the boost better. So the car is gonna have better results and low end power. The only thing I dont like about that car is the back lights, and the rims. I like the Evo 8 GSRs stock rims, and lights better. The MRs lights look too ricy.

Whoppie, they're making the exit nozzle bigger on the turbo, big deal, in fact all EVO's will get the "improved" nozzle. So what, 3-5 hp more, yawn.....

Depends on whether the MR will be built with the same specs as the MR in the UK. if it is then it will be more then just a 3-5 hp gain. In the UK the MR pushed 314hp and 317lbs/ft torque stock then when they put a cat-back exhaust and a de-cat pipe on it pushed 347 hp and 330lbs/ft torque.

$36K?. Heck with the deals they'e giving on Vettes you could've had a new Vette for $35k. $36k is to much for that car.
