LOL . . . I was on my lunch break with a friend today . . . am I the only one that didn't know the P10 had two little drink depressions on the inside of the glovebox door?
I've never heard thismentioned and the car is one of a few that I know of lacking GENUINE cupholders.
They won't be of any use while driving though . . . nice to use when sitting still somewhere . . .

Actually, there is a cupholder available. It's the same as one of the previous gen Maximas. It replaces the cubby hole. It's a combination drawer/cup holder. It also sucks. It will hold one very small cup and one soda can. It is a direct bolt-in however.
I have someone in Japan getting me a DIN sized combo cup holder, change drawer that is 100x better.

Strangely enough, I don't have any cupholders in my car, although it is an SLX model, bettered in '91 only by GT. Not that I really need one, but still :(
You US guys have all the suff - DE, cupholders, stock alloy wheels, A/C in most cars...

Ales, if you have the Maxima or Cifiero (sp?), you might be able to get the same cupholder I have. OTOH, in Europe you might have access to a lot of aftermarket cupholders that will fit the DIN opening. There are no aftermarket cup holders in the states because the average car here now has about 12 cupholders <j/k>.

Hi Geo . . .
Congrats on your new post as SERCA VP . . .
It's me . . . Steve . . . the group deal trouble maker . . . ;)
I'm very much interested in your overseas contact(s) . . . what other goodies might you be able to secure?

My contact in Japan is doing me a personal favor. I don't think he is interested in sending stuff overseas. In fact, it's been 6 months or more that I'm been waiting for my cupholder. I don't think I'll see it for a minimum additional 6 months.

That wouldn't be Cam would it? If it is he said he'd some of the Canadian guys GT-R shift nobs. Also he's moving back to Canada soon.
