What's wrong with my Visie

I have a 2002 Primera Visia.Just wondered is ther anybody out there having the same problems as me.
The problem is I keep losing power which is very annoying.Three times I have brought it back to the main dealers and they have fixed it but I think it is happening again.I started her up earlier and she started giving problems with firing and chugging a lot.We got going anyway ,still chugging when all of a sudden she blew a whole lot of black smoke. I'm hoping that maybe it was only dirth in the fuel but i think it maybe more serious.
