Accord electrical problem

I have a 96 accord ex. Every time I put the car in reverse the backup fuse blows and my power windows, moonroof, all gauges(speed, rpm,fuel, temp) all are in none working condition until I replace fuse. Then they work great until I back up again. We have checked for bare wires that might be grounding out and can't find any. What do I try next? Please help
