diffrence betwen the D16y Vtec and the D16z Vtec

hey, so which motor is best to build up all motor D16y or D16z? which motor is stronger and will last longer D16y or D16z? thanks.

the difference is that one is obd I and the other is obd II, I belive that the obd I is better because there are less factory restrictions
