Hi! I'm trying to figure out the problem with this 2003 Stratus, V-6 brand new, that keeps shutting off completely by itself when your driving down the road it happens the most when you make a left turn. It just dies, no warning, just bammo dead! The dealer says it shows no codes so there's obviously no problem. We've almost been killed 3 times, were running out of lives. Does anyone have any ideas? Please, please help!!!
Thanks in advance for any and all your suggestions. Debbie :(

Keep all the reciepts and look into the Lemon Law in your state. This is a serious safety issue and after several times fixing a safety related issue with no success it could fall under that law. Or a buy back program if DC has one.

Only on left turns? I would have the dealer check the grounding wires. It sounds like you are loosing ground or shorting when turning.

My 2001 R/T just started doing the same thing thing. About 5 times in the past 2 months. I have a stick, so it just lights up the dash for a few seconds then restarts. Anyway, it seems to be most affected in the rain. Let me know if you guys come up with anything.
