750 Digital phone upgrade

Hello everyone,

I have a 1998 750iL and I want to upgrade my cell phone to digital. My local dealers tell me that it can be done but at a cost of $2,500.00. Is there any one out there that has something more reasonable. I have the 6000 analog model currently. :banghead:

You can install a bluetooth system in your car (There is one for the 750il).. Once you install the bluetooth wireless system, you can pretty much have your choice of phones..I think i read somewhere that the system without installation is around 600.. look around on the web or other forums..

Can you install a bluetooth system in the 1998 740il also? Will it work with the phone speaker system already in the car?
