1997 Olds silhouette keyless programming

I have printed out many programming threads on this board, thinking one of them have to work. I have had no success.

Please someone help me FCC ID#AB00204t. Don't have a scan tool but a paper clip works, right?? Is it needed. Just point me in the right direction or give me direction. Totally clueless at this point.
