Low Trac Light

I have a 2001 Grand Am SE. When driving slowly or turning the wheel while driving slowly the low trac light comes on and off. It is not a code. Any one know what it is?

Is it wet outside? Because sometimes when you drive through a puddle or mud this will happen. I know my old Cavalier did the same thing. As long as the light doesn't stay on, I don't believe it is a problem.
