Around how much boost can you run on a b18c1 with stock internals?

Boost is totally irrelevant; horsepower and torque determine the stress placed on an engine.
Personally? For a daily driver I would stay at around 300 WHP. If it's a weekend car and can spare a bit of reliability I would push it as hard as 350 WHP.
