Ac blowing 60 degrees...

I had the compressor, expansion valve, dryer replaced. The coolest the ac air blows is 60 degrees. The return line to the compressor is ice cold almost to the point of icing up. I have been told the system is working correctly however, something is causing the air not to blow cold. The mechanic said he reprogramed the doors. If they programed the doors incorrectly could this cause the problem? How can you tell if the doors are not programed correctly? Does improper calibration of the door reduce the air flow through the evaporator?
If you think the calibration of the doors are the problem is there anyone that know how to reprogram them?
Thanks for your help,
Kevin
