Bike Rack

Hello. My father is looking for a bike rack that can be fitted to the rear of his old beetle. Roof rack not an option because lifting the bike would be too difficuot for him. Any ideas?

i dont think anyone makes those cause it might make axcess to the engine hood difficult maybe jury rig something up???
