I,robot

Set in a future Earth (2035 A.D.) where robots are common assistants and workers for their human owners, this is the story of "robotophobic" Chicago Police Detective Del Spooner's (Smith) investigation into the murder of Dr. Miles Hogenmiller, who works at U.S. Robotics (run by Greenwood), in which a robot, Sonny (Tudyk), appears to be implicated, even though that would mean the robot had violated the Laws of Robotics, which is apparently impossible. It seems impossible because.. if robots can break those laws, there's nothing to stop them from taking over the world, as humans have grown to become completely dependent upon their robots. Or maybe... they already have? Aiding Spooner in his investigation is a psychologist, Dr. Susan Calvin (Moynahan), who specializes in the psyches of robots.

I haven't seen it yet but I want to.

At first it looked kinda stupid but after seeing more and more previews and different scenes from the movie it looks really entertaining. It's kinda got the same feel as the Terminator i think.

I've seen it already and I admit that I wasn't expecting much from it at first. But it was actually entertaining.

Last gasp for air? I Robot was a pretty good movie, with a little comedy, and some good action. will we be at that point in 30 years? anyway will smith showing his @$$, yeah maybe a gasp for air there.lol.anyway i would recommend seeing this movie.

yah that was nasty. i was wondering the same question...where will we be in 10, 20, 30, 50 years...its wierd to think about! i guess well see.

dissapointed, alright plot ruined by poor acting. Cool visual effects and heaps of shameless advertising[eg converse, JVC, etc].

A movie that would make more sense high, so get high kids and go watch it!
