Hi guys just like to check out what is the performance between a solid hub 6 pucks and a spring loaded clutch with 3 pucks. As i understand the solid hub give quite a shock load but the paddle effort is like standard feel meantime the 3 pucks clutch will be more straineous so can anybody give some advice? Thanks

Well, the difference between a performance clutch and an OEM clutch are:
performance clutches use stiffer springs, so clutch effort will be harder, but the grab to your pressure plate will be better thus transferring more power faster to your transmission
performance clutches use better pads which don't break down as fast, most of the time use a better alloy (depending on how expensive you want to go) for its pressure plate and assembly unit
the performance throw out bearing is made stronger
