Front A/C blower

I have a friend with a 2001 Durango. Just recently, the front blower is no longer working. This is bad as this is summer time! We checked the fuse and it looks good. Anyone have any ideas? I am thinking possible fan relay or motor itself?

The front A/C fan speed selector works. When you go from off position, the A/C compressor kicks in and runs. Just no air coming out of the front vents. Luckily the back blower works fine so he is getting somewhat cooling better than no cooling in this Dallas 100 degree 100 percent humidity heat!!!
