Ok this is the last straw.The fast and the furious movies have fucked up all the general public including car drivers.Why do i see that many cars with those dumb neons under them.And not only rice burners but a Monaro(GTO).Yellow monaro with blue neons underneath, i almost cried when i saw this.What next?shelby cobras with neons,muscle cars with those stupid stickers?carbon fibre hoods on mustangs?

I'm sorry. I just HAVE to defend this. Mostly because todays stereo systems have gotten so highpower. I've spent <$100 on my stereo and its got 6.4 times more watts than my car does torque. Really, anyone with a decent sounding system has more watts than any car on the road, modded or not, has torque. Sorry, but IMHO, not a good insult.

I think things were going downhill before those movies came out.

Underbody neons were available on the market long before Fast and Furious came out. I'm fairly sure that even if FnF was never made they would have still been popular. I think they look good on pretty much any car, as long as the tubes are hidden well (so that you can't see the tube, only the glow). On the other hand it can look absolutely shithouse when the tubes are visible from the side, like it was done on my Cefiro by its previous munter of an owner (and about 80% of all other people with neons on their cars)


ANd naturally you can have 800hp in a Supra, you can surgically implant tits onto a bull as well if you really want to, but what the fuck is the point?

ricers would be cars(usually neons, some civics, saturns, etc.), with decals all over them and big big metal wings...If an s2000 has a big metal wing, or some other rear wheel drive car, then it's acceptable, but not on front wheel drive cars...

having rims doesnt make someone a ricer...ricers put decals on their car of companies, when the owner of the car doesn't own any parts from that particular company...

neons, saturns, etc. with kits, wings, mufflers, underglow, and all that are ricers...

the supra wasn't...

and no muscle car, should EVER have underglow...that's just not right.
