A few questions..

Im in the market for some new rims, tires and springs. I have a 96 Civic cpe and plan to get some 15" rota slipstreams. Im thinking of getting h&r springs. I was wondering how low should i go..I know this is basically a persoanl question but, i don't want any trouble with my car when it is lowered. I was thinking..1.75 or 1.5 because i read that 2.0 might be a problem. and what kind of tires should i get. I want a tire thats grippy and has good handling. I was thinking of Falken Azenis. But are these ok for wet conditions? (and i want to keep everything at a reasonable price)

dude get the falken they have a good grip and it all depends how you drive "the style"

If it rains a bit where you live, then I'd seriously go with Yokohama ES100 tires. I had a set of those on my old wheels (now my race wheels for auto-X) and they are excellent in the rain. I've ehard the Azenis Sports aren't so good in the rain, or not as good as claimed by Falken. They are the stickiest non-R compound street tire however.

The Azenis are fine in the rain, it's when they start to get worn down (about 2-4mm of tread left) they will have problems.

My old set of Azenis had 1mm of tread left and they were SCARY! :) My new set (just installed last week) I'm able to drive again in the rain - yeah!

I live in california, well the valley (los angeles county) It doesn't really rain here so.. I guess i'll just go with the tire that is cheaper. ANy suggestions on how low to go?
