Just wonering if...

Just wondering if these brushes that are used to scrub your car scratch your paint.They seem like regular plastic brushes,but the tips are cut of at random angles.They feel pretty soft,but you can never be to sure these days.

Yes it will scratch(very fine) but I bet it works great on rims and tires.
