cant help ya out on how.. Never done it.. But im with Kaotic, sounds like your window motor is on its way out..
Just to be sure, you could check the harness and wiring at the motor, make sure its clean and good condition.. But 99% chance your motor is gone..

your gonna have to take the rear-view mirror off and the outter door panel off. from what i hear it just bolts off. you get to the motor from the outside. ive never done it but thats what guys here have said...

i dont know how it goes for the newer camaros but on mine i had to take the inside panel off. dealership wanted close to $300 to replace the motor, as they have to diagnose the problem themselves before they do any work, but still it was ridiculous. im not gonna say it was an easy task but it wasnt the hardest thing ive ever done either, might as well save the money and do it yourself. if the windows and motor are anything similar to a third gen i would make sure you have a good clamp to hold the window up and other basic tools should get you by.

Go to a parts store and get either a Haynes or a Chilton Manual, they have pretty decent step by step instructions in them, should help you out a lot.

haynes doesnt have anything about the window motor and chilton barely touches on it, if at all...

um... dont take off the sideview mirror, and dont take off the outter door skin, youd have to cut it off and weld it back on. all you need to do is remove the inner door trim, and drill out the rivits holding the motor in place, take it out, put the new one in, and rivit it back in place. granted a much simplified version of the steps, but thats pretty much it. do a search of the forum on this topic, someone posted a link to a website with pretty step by step instructions.
