floating wiper blade

this is a stupid question but the passenger side wiper blade lifts off the windshield when driving it is like the air lifts it up. any ideas on what to replace or how to get this to stay down. :banghead:

Try replacing the whole wiper blade arm; this includes the spring on the underside of the wiper arm..... try looking for a used one at a local junkyard.
