thinking of changing rydes

hey i was wondering what do you guys think? i was thinking of selling my eclipse for a 96 240sx ???? it has the turbo in it and is only $5000. what do you guys think of these cars??? are they good? i'm not sure how they stand up? all i know is that they can be real fast???? what do you guys think???

wow take it easy on the question marks...the 240sx is a pretty good car....no dsm...but good....go for it if youre not turbocharged

lol.... well i dunno i just got a house and i wanna get a ring for my girlfriend but working 2 jobs to pay for the mortgage i really have no extra cash to set aside for the ring so i gotta cut the ride, sad but true i love these cars, but if i can get $15,000 for my car and buy a 95 240sx turbo for $5000 and have an extra $10,000, i can buy a really big rock for my girlfriend for 10 g's....

so the 240's are pretty good cars then?

Yes, they are good cars. The only problem I heard anybody had with it was that it was extremely underpowered, but that can all be fixed with a turbo.

Be careful buying any car that didn't come turbo from the start. There is no telling which assclown with a welder and an ebay account put it together.

Anyway, $5000 seems really cheap for a '96 turbo.

I sold my 1995 for $9000 pretty much stock.

You have to admit, they are pretty sexy looking :)

and yes hun i can drift around in a parking lot... actually one of the things i do when i am bored is drive thru the hills around here drifting every turn!

my car is not just set up for goin straight! i actually tend to go to drift tracks and race there more cause it is more fun and you are actually doin somthing instead of just goin straight for 1/4 mile!
