1998 Convertable Headlight removal help.

Hey guys, this is for my girlfriends car. Her lights ar all yellow from sun damage and I ordered her some new ones. I've looked at the lights and I can't really tell how they are supposed to come out. I know the 99 and up come out fairly easy, but these look like I MIGHT have to remove the bumper. can anyone help or point me in the right direction? Thanks ahead of time!

Was gonna try and post a scanned page from haynes manual but can't figure out how to do it.
But basically what it says is to remove the buld, detach a retaining clip from the upper adjusting screw, then squeeze the locking tabs on the two lower adjusting screws while pulling outward on assembly. To put in, align the screws with the holes and push in until the locking tabs engage.
