97 Keyless Module

I am wondering how I cantell if my 1997 Grand AM SE had keyless entry or not. I am not the original owner so I am not sure. Does anyone know where the keyless module would be or if GM put a code on the car somewhere that would tell me. Also, does anyone know the proper programming instructions. There seems to be a lot of false instructions on this forum. I appreciate your help.
