Am I Being Overcharged?!

I just purchased a set of rally wheels for my 71' Cutlass and have to have them sandblasted, primed, and painted. I've been quoted anywhere from $400 to $500. I think this is way too much, but I just don't know. Anyone know if this is normal or if I'm getting taking for a ride?
And if anyone lives near New York City or Yonkers and knows someone... I cannot even tell you how much I would appreciate it. :banghead:
