Fuel pump relay

When my 97 car is hot it takes 3 tries to start it - ALWAYS. First and second tries fail and 3rd try ALWAYS starts. Besides that it runs great. Someone suggested that the fuel pump relay is bad.

Where is that located on the car and where can I buy one - local Auto part store does not have it and cannot order one
