91 dakota fule pump relay

My dakota would not start. No fule from tank side of filter. Pulled pump and it is getting no power. Purchased a fule pump relay but can not find it to replace it. Also may be a ASD relay but cant find that one either. I have a 2.5 4 cyl. I am out of town and really need help. No persons here even the dealer can help. this is a 92 not 91
