looking to get new keys for my 2000 maxima. Where is the cheapest place to buy them and get them programmed. How much should it cost?

I bought a pair on ebay uncut for $30 for my wife's 01 I30. They are the www.streetkey.com brand and am told that the 2 keys can be programmed for about $60.
