Contest ideas?

Are there any contests going on? If not, does anyone have a good idea for a contest? Cause Honu's hot rod contest has dragged on too long.

Well excuse me for living....I actually do have an idea for when My Hot Rod contest was done...Either s muscle car contest OR one a bit different. Design a car that could go over Mach 1 or 700 MPH...Yes, using rocket engines...I'll run them since I have nothing but free time and it is summer holidays...and mine are the only contests that seem to really take off, no offence...

Since you dont seem to be familiar with AF, some contests last about 3-5months. Go into Car Modeling and they last upto a year.

I think Rosses little brother would be the winner...anyway, Im not up for it. I cant design crap that looks like its from a fantasy world.

Aww, C'mon, it is for fun....I will get it running shortly after My Rodding Contest ends, no sense in wasting the summer. And yes Dommy, I do give props to Ross on his succesful contest.

PS, for any rocket car-type design influences, rent Landspeed...

think about the conditions of that planet and interesting design implements must be heeded without
question. there are dust storms, rocks, craters, gravity is a bit lesser than earth's, there is no ozone layer, no atmospheric pressure for hollow rubber tires, etc.

in any contest in the future, there should only be one car to draw. (doesn't apply to design contests.) The reason for this is that some cars may have more reflections so they would looks more realistic than other cars people choose.

That's why i like Ross's contest, bcause everyone must draw the same car. (or pick between 2). Then you can truly see the difference in the artworks and decide which one is better.

so keep that in mind for future contestiantos.
