I never thought I would actually make a thread asking "Dudes, wut should I put in ma new 350Z guyz?!!!!111". Well, now I actually have one and I find myself asking that exact question. I hate to come on here and "newb" out the boards, but seriously, I have maybe 3 thousand to spend on my new base model. Hit me.

what are you going to be doing with your Z?
Driving it to work / Taking it to the track / AutoX / etc.

work, school, around town. i want some extra kick when i take off. i've ridden in turbo'd and sc'd vehicals but never one with just an intake. how much of the intake can you actually notice? are there any other bolt ons or mods of the sort that will give me a noticable power difference?

so no track?
if so, then I'd recommend the following:
- exhaust
- intake (JWT Popcharger)
- lighter wheels
- good tires
- springs

Like Igor said . . . I used to buy a vehicle, fix it up from the inside to out (stereo, engine, then body), but with my Z, I went a different route. Matter in fact, I went somewhat opposite. I bought my 19" Volk TE-37s and its probably one of my favorite $3K investments (until I slightly curbed one :D). Everyone knows the stock vehicle is fairly quick and to my surprise, no one seems to want to race. So make it look nice and pick up a few mods down the road.

Let's just say that it's rare. In actuality, I had more people rev on me in my custom eclipse (3g) than in my 350. After the TT install, I can't wait for the first victim :D

I can beat 'em without the TT, but there is a lot of people in the mustang family that have nice upgrades . . . stock for stock, no big deal.
