It Just Stopped- Noisy Fuel Filter

Ok. My van just stopped dead yesterday after 90K miles.

I've hard the cat converter rattling for about 3 months. I can still here the fuel pump, but it is pretty loud, as if it is struggling to suck fuel. It has fuel....

Any thoughts and help are appreciated
