93 Caravan, Electrical issues

Hello everyone.
I've got a 93 Grand Caravan, 3.3 liter engine. A few weeks ago, my wife crawled into the car, and smelled something that she described as a 'popcorn' or 'firecracker' smell in the car. When she went to start it, the clock, interior lights, and electric locks were not working. After checking the fuse block, we found one blown fuse, which we replaced, but it didn't fix the problem.
We've also noticed that it's a little slow in starting. Today the van died, and won't start at all. The battery seems strong, but if feels like it isn't getting any fire.
Any clues as to what I'm looking for here?

I've got the same electrical problem with a 94 Grand Voyager 3.8 liter.
The Radio, Power Locks and Dome lights all don't work. All went out at the same time. I can't find any fuses that are out. It's hard to imagine that those 3 would be on the same fuse curciut?
Has any one been through with problem before?
Thanks!
