Bolt on parts to increase performance

I'm looking for some cheaper, fairly easy to add bolt on parts. I'm wondering what people would recommend to get me a few extra horsepower. I'm not looking high end like turbos or anything, but just little pieces I can add fairly easily to increase power.

Cheap and effective , custom exhaust work on exsisting exsaust to free up the exhaust flow , can be made nearly straight piped for 200 bucks or less , then a cold air intake that has much larger diameter tubes and a cold source for the intake. This increases hp slightly but helps throttle response immensely. Most bolt on cold air intakes are detremental and actually are hot air intakes.

93 Grand AM SE 3.3 litre V6

Custom exhaust like i said or spend a bit more for quality and get cat back system.
