She has them painted white. How could i paint the ones i am going to buy white, aswell and make the paint perminitley sick to the rims? This is the look i want my car to have.

I used to have a 92 grand am with alloy wheels. I didn't really care about the junker anymore, so I just painted everything black and made it a sleeper car. I believe I used brake caliper paint for the alloy wheels and then used a clear coat. I had the car for about 4 months after before finally selling it and the paint held up very well.
Just an experience. I'm not saying it'll be perminent or even on the cavalier.
