Fuel Pump Breaker Switch?

Help! My husband had to disconnect the air bags to take my dash apart to get to the air conditioning evaporator corein my 1998, 2.2L Cavalier. The new evaporator core is in and the dash is put back together. He used proper procedure to disconnect and reconnect the air bags. Now when attempting to start the car, it starts okay, but stops after a couple of seconds. Is there a breaker switch to the fuel pump somewhere in the car that needs to be reset? He also changed the spark plugs and wires.
