Drivers seat

I bought a 2004 Highlander Limited with leather seats a few weeks ago and have found the drivers seat to be very uncomfortable. I didn't have this problem driving my 99 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer.
Anyone have a solution for this problem? I love the car otherwise.

Well, I have a cloth seat in my Highlander, and I find it not too comfy.

I'm also not happy with the comfort level I have in general behind the wheel. Part of the problem is my fault, I am a big woman, but still, the Highlander I have less driving room.
