team rEVOlution

my arcade just started a team. basically it consists members wid any evo. but there is a catch. u need to either beat 4 of the 8 tracks on lots, have any time attack couse that is top 50 for car model, any full tuned car (if u transfered ur ver 2 to ver 3 and has over 990k pts it is ok), beat one of our top 5 racers, or just kick bunta's ass. i dont care if u have an evo wid 3k pts. u need an evo of some sort. if u want to join, go ahead. we have approx 30 members. u need proof of some sort. pictures, initial d rankin, dont care what kind of proof it is. my aim sn is rexfd3s.

ps: we wanted the team to be called project revolution but a team is already called that.

Bunta is not as hard as people make him out to be everybody at our arcade have beaten Bunta at least on one course excluding Myogi, and i myself have beaten him on every level only one time though

LOOOOOOK, let's see you beat a 15 star bunta on all of his stages, with ONE car. of course its gonna be easy with the home-course cars. myogi is easy with a skyline (suprised if you've beaten all the other stages you haven't beaten myogi), stages like tsuchizaka and shomaru are hard which like MYOGI REQUIRE BLOCKING... which i'm still quite in awe that you haven't beat myogi but you have beat the other stages akina, irohazaka, tsuchizaka, and shomaru... hmm.

Can a guy in San Diego with a Tureno join this team of yours? I mean it says EVOs but cmon the Trueno beat EVOs down. So what cha say?

Uhm lets see. 475000+ plus points on the card. My best time on downhill akina was 3'14" now its 3'11 and im getting better. I beat every stage except, Tsuchisaka.

I havent wasted my money on the Bunta challenge yet.

I was trying to say that i have beaten all the bunta challenge courses at least once except for Myogi which i have beaten three times with my evo III. Also i have beaten bunta on every course with my evo III.

myogi does not require blocking with the cap...r34 or the r32 i went through myogi with my r32 and beated bunta with only 1 try for each stars..but good luck with other cars...hahahahah...its possible...

lol, yes it does. wtf are YOU talking about... the world record is 53 both ways... bunta runs a 2'54 (one star = 1 second, so 14 would be 55) at 15 star, 2'53ish after it since he improves him time once more after you hit get all 15 stars. full tune in version 3 takes off around 2-3 seconds, but defintely more noticeable on stages like myogi. i was talking about NONE full tuned cars, hence who would wanna full tune a car and then do bunta challenge? (pointless) stages like tsuchi are nearly impossible if you don't block in the begining either...

I guess I'll just beat Bunta Happo. I heard that the blind attack works really well against computers especially when they dont let you pass.

the light-off thing? no, that doesn't do shit. its just cool to do against opponents (battle) and stuff but most screens contrast and brightness are high enough so it really doesn't matter. but if they're dark and you have a black car, its really hard to see your car.

duluth, guess wat were running 53 both ways too for myogi...im not saying low low 53, but 53s..i do agree that tsuchisaka is nearly impossible...but myogi u dont have to block bunta to win with full tune cars...but maybe with non-full tune cars u have to block..but replying to ur question "who would wanna full tune a car and then do bunta challenge?"...who would want to not tune the car and lose to bunta AND lose points???.....I understand that with you win you get more points, but what if you lose (like bunta level 10-15 stars)...you lose more points and that means it would take longer to full tune the car....

duluth2006, u from Minnesota? with a stock R34 AWD i can run Myogi low 55 both ways...so its just how you drive it. Anyone can beat Bunta on Myogi if you know how to make the turns

dude, did i just say full tuned takes off 2-3 seconds in version 3? even less so in high speed tracks? also didn't i say no one should have any problems with a high 53 full tuned? so stock car should be running in 55's. if you aren't that's pretty sad 'cause you can full throttle the turn with the skylines (as well as a lot of other cars). like i said bunta can be beaten pretty easily with a STOCK car but you do have to BLOCK if you don't you'll most likely lose 'cause running a 55' against 15 star bunta just doesn't cut it.

also if i've been down to the mall of america, i must be from mn. and its not "just the way you drive your car" if that was true you could make a frigging levin own all the stages in initial-d, why? 'cause CARS DO MATTER. of course some skill is needed but not that much to be pulling off a high 53...

what does this have to do with driving your car well? this was about bunta challenge and blocking... he said he was using a different car other than the skylines, so i asked him what car and now he's acting like a little boy. i'd really like to know since blocking isn't needed on myogi (according to him).

last time i was down at the mall of america was a few weeks ago and i might go down to the fair before it ends, i'm not as lucky as you guys to getta go any time i please.

all i know is that u can pwn bunta on any course (specially on happo and iro), but akina. it gets really really hard at lvl 7. dam he flys!!!!

i think happo is the easiest. he brakes at every single turn.

its not though... more cars can beat usui or myogi compared to happougahara. not to mention usui is 3 turns and myogi is 1... so its simplicity factor adds in too.

The RX-8 has major trouble with Akina.

yeah but akina after 11 stars is pretty easy. rx8 on akina, after you pass = major blocking especially on cp4. but its not nearly as hard as beating bunta. i based the beating irohazaka off of people can get 15 stars for everything except for bunta on irohazak with the rx-8. the wr say that a few people have the time to beat him, but if there cp1 and cp2 aren't good enough to pass then i suppose rx-8 couldn't beat irohazaka...

did u guys knoqw theres a bunta challenge lvl 16? my 32 has 4xxk pts on it and i smoked him by like 1 sec. lvl 16, he smoked me by like 50m

yes but it's not dignified as a star... if you can beat 15 chances are you can beat 16 'cause he's only faster on the straights and you should be blocking him off the line.

i assume you are talking about myogi, block in the begining and you should be beating him with ease.

I just beat bunta level one today. It was awesome. Hardcore. We were cutting eachother off on the inside of each turn.
