Clutch Problems

Ok, I have a '92 Passat, Euro-specs. The clutch is slipping hard core and I can't drive over say 20 kph. Front wheel drive. How hard is it to replace the clutch and do I need to replace the flywheel, throw-out bearing as well and how do I do it??? Thanks for any help.

Also, if anyone knows of a good BMW forum where I can get advice on my 88 BMW 318i euro-specs I would appreciate it.
