Engine Poll: Ford 5.0 V8 vs Ford 4.6 V8

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering which engine is better. I know that more displacement equals more power, but can the 4.6 be tuned to run better than the 5.0? Anyways, all opinions and facts welcome.
