I shorted my wiring, need help

My dad wanted to test out his old radio in my car, so I took out the wiring on my car and tested the radio. I blew out a fuse while testing it, which I replaced under the hood. But now my power mirror adjuster wont work, and my headunit wont power up either. Any suggestions?

you either replaced the wrong fuse or not enough fuses
