Dust Problems

Is there anyway i could counter my car's attraction to dust? After I washed and waxed my car an hour or two later it already accumulated a lot of dust. I'm just using a regular car shampoo and a 3m sponge to wash my car and turtle wax(green color liquid) to wax it after washing the whole car.

Give tips and suggestion on how to prevent this.

Keep you car parked indoors, cover it, & do not drive it!
